Its been a long damn time since an update, Dr. Green has been in the incubater for some time. Derek is in Portland, Oregon jammin with Kartari and bringin the epic licks, Dave is still in LA and about to release an album with Satellite Crush. There is still a good handful of songs in the vault that needs to get released. So keep an eye out for some releases.

Hello stangers. While the live shows have come to a stand-still for Dr. Green. We are still working hard in the studio on our next album. As the songs come together we will be posting them for download. Feel free to critique, give us hell, or just say hello.

Well, summer is on the brink and Dr. Green is moving again. Derek is leaving for Portland in ten days and getting ready for new venues and new fans. Recordings are still being released from the last two years of LA life. The band will continue to add to the library every week. Hope to see those back in LA soon. It has been a good stay in the city of angels.

Get your i pods, cd burners, computers, and everything else ready! The band will be posting the entire Dr. Green music library soon for FREE DOWNLOADING on our music page. This will include many previously unreleased recordings and live perfomances as well as some solo work by the band members. Spread the music and download it all... it is there for your enjoyment.

The new year finds Dr Green in a new studio. The band has relocated to downtown LA into a bigger and better space. The first new release of this year is in the mixing stage this week and is expected to debut early this month. Emergenza's battle of the bands will be hosting the band this friday night so come out and show support. Fan response will determine if they move on to the next round.

Club Good Hurt rocked long and hard last Saturday night. The band played some new songs soon to be recorded at Illuminati Holliday, and a handfull of staples as well. The new year is coming soon and it is looking to be a productive time. There are plans in the work for some east coast apearances as well, so keep your ears open. Recording has begun on the new album to be released in the next few months, so be patient and keep spinning Meat and Potatoes just a little bit longer....

The news is out. Sottovoce Studios and Dr Green will be releasing a track that has been co produced. The mix is finally done and the mastered version is soon to be up on the site. The return of Rob Law as the official drummer for the band is going to only create more energy for the upcoming shows and recordings. Thank you all for your support and get ready to rock even harder.

Illuminati Holiday studios is once again open for service. Dr Green is getting ready to start the next full length album in the beginning of November. The band has recieved exciting news that should be released within the next month as well. Keep an eye out for a special new recording soon to be released. Thanks to all those supporters on The Queen Mary in LBC we hope to see you soon.

Club Good Hurt went "Up In Flames" Friday night as Dr. Green hit the West L.A. club for the second time this year. Opening with the rarely played "Airport Drive", the band was in fine form as it belted out such Green classics as "Guerilla Stomp," "Junkyard Blues", and "Speak Free", and also performed such gems such as"Ride On," "Outcast," and of course..."Up In Flames." Due to the 1:00am start time, the band's set was cut short, yet not before leaving the audience with a blazing version of "Sleeping Eye."

Dr. Green played a rousing 7-song set Saturday night at their debut at The Cat Club on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood. Early-arrivng guests got to see a rare performance of "Mr. Business" during the soundcheck...then at 8pm on the dot, the band started the set strong with the new favorite"Junkyard Blues." Other songs featured were "Riverside", "Guerilla Stomp", "Shadow Life", "Dying Nation", "Wishing Well", as well as the rarely performed "Outcast."
Last night the band had a roaring late-night rehearsal in preparation for Friday's big show at Club Good Hurt. Derek had more than a few tricks up his sleave, as he busted out such long-lost Dr. Green gems such as "True Deceit", "Hands Off" and "California." After a road trip to pick up the well-travelled Davey kid from LAX, the entire band jammed until the wee hours with such songs as "Black Linda" and "Sleeping Eye." Who knows what songs will actually make the setlist Friday night? Can't wait to find out...
